"You Might Think" is a close second to this song for being my favorite. Yes, the voice may be off-putting at first, but as a whole, I feel that I nailed it. I used a weird accent, and wasn't going for anything specific. I just felt like I could get away with being a little weird. And I'll admit that it may take a couple listens to appreciate it, but the music brings everything together so well, I truly feel it would be hard not to like it.

It's recorded at a slower BPM that the original, and obviously sports a banjo and deep voice, but other than that, everything else is an attempt to be faithful to The Bangles' version. If I had any whistling skills at all, I absolutely would have tried that instead of the banjo. And again, the keyboard provided that crucial gong sound that would have been sorely missed had I not found it. It's a very small but important part.
